I wanted to make this as more of a main dish so I added two chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in bite size pieces. I also added some spinach and zucchini. I did not have fresh basil so used dried basil for flavor. I've read in other reviews that this recipe is too cheesy, but I took a chance and did the recipe as directed, and was just right. I'm thinking that because I added chicken and vegetables, the amount of cheese was fine. I did have leftovers and this dish was flavorful the next day. Easy recipe that you can modify with what you have on hand and I will be making again.
