  • 16 ozs firm tofu (sliced into 3 stacks length wise about a 14 inch thick)
  • 5 12 tbsps sesame oil (depends on if nonstick pan)
  • 1 cup hot water (miso soup cooked, add miso paste but would probably work with any soup stock)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp potato starch (m allergic to corn, work)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsps soy sauce (braggs liquid aminos)
