  • 1 egg yolk (beaten)
  • 14 cup brandy
  • 4 ozs pimento
  • 14 cup whipped cream
  • 3 ozs shrimp
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (finely)
  • 2 black truffles (washed dried and finely chopped)
