  • 4 cups fat (skimmed chicken broth)
  • 4 ozs shiitake (fresh, rinsed, stems removed, and sliced)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 11/2 cups peas (frozen baby)
  • 3 tbsps chopped fresh cilantro
