This is a flavorful Thai soup. It's not spicy and it has a fresh taste to it, that's not overwhelming. I gave it extra time to simmer which gave the flavors more time to blend. I like that when I am done I feel satisfied and almost light because the recipe isn’t heavy in taste or texture.
