  • 1 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 whole boneless duck breast (12 to 14 ounces)
  • 14 cup rub (lychee tea spice)
  • 12 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 20 grams tea leaves (lychee black)
  • 2 whole star anise (1 teaspoon, seeds)

  • 14 orange (zest, removed in large strips)
