  • 1 mango (large ripe, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped)
  • 11/2 tbsps chopped cilantro fresh
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp seeds (minced jalepeño, removed and diced)
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
