  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (dried hot)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsps white vinegar
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 5 lbs pineapple (ripe, peeled,cored and cut into 30 wedges)

  • 3 green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch chunks)
