Delicious, just the way we like Tuna steaks. Substituted avocado oil (higher flash/burn temp) for olive oil and whenever frying fish we do it outdoors in the backyard using a portable, high temp electric burner and cast iron pan.

Especially good (optional) with a little fresh lime juice drizzled over the steaks when done.
