I had to make a few modifications to this recipe to ensure that the smoothie was better suited to my tastes. I used fresh strawberries and pineapple chunks (instead of juice) to give it a pulpy texture and substituted the milk for a little Greek yoghurt on the advice of other reviewers as I prefer thicker smoothies. I also cut out the added white sugar - this is totally unnecessary as there is already plenty of sweetness coming through from the fruit and milk/yoghurt. The end result was tasty and refreshing!
