Ingredients

  • 21/2 lbs top sirloin steak (boneless beef)
  • 11/2 cups italian salad dressing (I used Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 lb pasta (uncooked, cooked according to pkg directions)
  • 4 cups spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsps gorgonzola (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsps gorgonzola (for sprinkling on top of finished dish)
  • 2 tbsps sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar (glaze, I used the bottled glaze from igourmet.com)
  • fresh parsley leaves (chopped, for sprinkling)
