Ingredients

  • 1 cup wine (chardonnay for the cook)
  • 13 ozs baby greens (spinach organic baby washed i use a bag or box of organic washed baby spinach or mixed)
  • 1 cup tomato (sweet grape or cherry work nicely but of course use whatever fresh garden tomatoes)
  • 12 cup carrot (baby whole sliced matchstick whatever you feel like that day)
  • 14 cup feta (crumbled)
  • 34 cup crouton (garlic and butter or to your liking)
  • 8 slices bacon (carando apple cured, works)
  • 8 sea scallops
  • 3 eggs
  • 14 cup vinaigrette dressing (favorite)
