  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water (or 1/4 cup broth)
  • 1 green bell pepper, slice
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 4 ozs mushrooms (sliced)
  • 11/2 cups broccoli
  • 11/2 cups chinese eggplants
  • 1 cup purple onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts
