I love a good, cold pasta salad. This one is bursting with flavor and healthy veggies. The addition of the ranch mix is great and really shines through and gives it a kick. You can add or change veggies for preference, or add cheese/pepperoni too. But this recipe is really great as is. You get a lot of servings so this is great for a party or picnic. One tip – break the spaghetti into smaller pieces before cooking. It just makes it much easier to serve and eat.
