112 tbsps vegetable oil (divided i use dark sesame seed)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp gingerroot (minced)
16 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
12 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp brown sugar
7 ozs rice noodles (soaked in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes then drained)
12 cup bean sprouts
3 scallions (sliced)
1 cup cilantro leaf (chopped i omitted this ingredient because my family doesn t like the taste)
1 lime juice (zest)
