  • 2 lbs italian sausages (casings removed)
  • 3 green onions (finely chopped or 3 minced yellow)
  • 3 tsps fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 pinch dried basil (2 teaspoons fresh, chopped)
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper (tabasco sauce or 1 dash louisiana hot sauce)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (minced fresh, taste or 12 teaspoon)
  • 2 cups croutons (ground fine measure 2 cups after grinding)
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
