  • 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped, optional)

  • 28 ozs chicken broth (undiluted)
  • 15 ozs white kidney beans (cannellini, drained)
  • 1/2 cup elbow macaroni (small)
  • 6 ozs baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (additional for sprinkling)
