  • 284 ml cream (carton)
  • 3 tbsps dill (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 lb salmon fillets (skinned)
  • 10 ozs broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 9 ozs lasagna noodles (fresh, from chiller cabinet in store)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (freshly)

Great one! But I've cheated bit and changed something in recipe.

I'm too greedy to use so much good cheese on fish, so I've cook bechamel sauce instead (1 tbs of butter, 1 tbs of flour, 200 ml of milk and 100ml of cream (approx)).

Also I've fried salmon with pepper and salt a little bit, adding lemon juice before putting it in lasagne (just ON FISH - not in the sauce).

I baked lasagne in the oven under foil according to lasagne's on-box recommendation (I have pasta that does not require pre-boiling cooking)

Lasagne was just delicious!
