  • olive oil (or pan spray, but olive oil in mister preferred)
  • 12 tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 14 tsp ground pepper (fresh, to taste, I like tricolor peppercorns)
  • 2 tsps butter (not margarine)
  • 2 tsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced lengthwise into 3 pieces, amount of garlic to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or 1 tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos)
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
