  • 1 onion (medium, diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (medium, diced)
  • 3 roma tomatoes (medium, seeded and chopped)
  • 21/4 ozs black olives (ripe, drained)
  • 4 ozs cheddar cheese (grated or diced)
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits (Bacos)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (your favorite bottled, I use Kraft Free Ranch)
  • 1 tbsp water (add to dressing if it very thick, optional)
  • black pepper (fresh)
