  • 8 tbsps flax seed meal
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 cups egg whites (or 2 cups egg substitute)
  • 15 ozs pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp stevia (or 1/2 tsp Splenda)
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapples in juice
