  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tsp gingerroot (grated fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp crush flake pepper red
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 ozs spaghetti (dried thin, broken)
  • 2 cups beansprouts (fresh, I use 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
