  • 6 whole boneless chop pork (About 1/2-inch Thick)
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 whole gala apples (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 dash salt
  • ground black pepper (Freshly)
  • grits (Creamy Bacon-Cheese, see My Tasty Kitchen Recipe)
  • 8 slices bacon (Regular, Cut Into 1/2-inch Pieces)
  • 1 whole yellow onion (Chopped)
  • 2 cups grits (Stone Ground, ; The More Coarse, The Better!)
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups heavy cream (sorry)
  • 11/2 cups grating cheese (Monterey Jack, Etc.)
  • 1 dash cayenne (For Heat)
