I made this for my son as a after school dinner (he gets out at 7pm) : my son is picky so i only made a small portion. guess i was wrong... the boy loved it and even asked for more which in turn i had to make another heaping of food. because his step- dad and him were fighting over the last piece lol.

Wow!!!! Really good and I made it all by myself, very moist and tender, and so easy to make., next time I might add a little alfredo sauce.

i added some italian dry seasoning to the chicken breast & to the mayo mix.the results left my guest wanting to know where i had gotten the recipe,which i did tell them but never told them what i had added to it ,sometimes you just can't tell everything .and yes i would use the recipe again ,maybe change it again

I am very pleased with the outcome of this recipe. It's easy, quick, economical and tasty. I sometimes melt a slice of mozzarella after it cooks and put a bit of my homemade pasta sauce on top. I usually use chicken cutlets bought at the supermarket.

This is a fabulous recipe that I've served many times in the past. Just needed to double check the recipe for temp and time. Everyone I serve it to LOVES IT and wants the recipe. So I must have given out my last copy.
