I pounded the chicken breast a liitle thinner to make the breast piece the same thickness for more even cooking. Very tender and delicious.

Very juicy and tasty. Easy to prepare and goes well with macaroni and cheese or white rice. I have to write more so after dinner I enjoy having a cold beer and enjoying leftovers later.
