This was good and definitely easy. I used shredded Parmesan and salted and peppered the mixture before spreading on both sides of the chicken. I used unseasoned breadcrumbs because that's all I had. I baked the chicken for about 23/24 mins and that seemed perfect.

I made this as directed with the addition of panko breadcrumbs mixed in with the regular breadcrumbs and added a little minced garlic to the mayo. This added a bit more crunch and a little more depth of flavor. It turned out very tender & juicy, more than I expected. Great quicky dinner that you can throw together in no time after work.

It's soft and crunchy and it tastes amazing the breading with the mayonnaise makes it sweet and the chicken is baked to perfection with a juicy finish.

I love this recipe!! It is very simple and quick to prepare and the chicken is very moist. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top as an option.

It was quick and easy to make. Instead of italian bread crumbs, I used Panko and I used shredded parmesan cheese. It was FANTASTIC.
