I love this little fruity cake.....I used 2 cups almond flour, 5 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, no coconut sugar, extra raisins and no cherries. Made 3 little cakes and came out moist, flavorful and delicious. Find i really need to watch the timing closely esp. using almond flour......the orange and almond is yum!
