  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tomatoes (large, seeded,chopped,and drained)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 ozs pimiento (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup green peas (fresh, or 1 cup frozen green pea, thawed)
