I've been a fudge fan since childhood and this is one of the best fudge recipes I've ever made. Great! The temperature readings included in the recipe helped a lot in preventing the fudge from getting too gritty or extra soft. I used cream and left our skimmed milk because it takes all the creamy texture away. Also added a few mini-marshmallows to make it melt easily. It turned out to be rich and delicious. My whole family loved the dish. They want me to prepare it again soon and I will!
