  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps dry sherry
  • 1 pt vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsps chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme and parsley or 2 tablespoons dried herbs, equivalent)
  • 1 bay leaf
