  • 1 head garlic (halved horizontally)
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
