Ingredients

  • 1 lb meatloaf (prepared, cubed, any kind will do, including poultry and pork)
  • 1 onion (large, chopped)
  • 1 lb mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 211/2 ozs cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth (or 2 cups stock)
  • 11/2 tbsps cornstarch
  • 11/2 tbsps grill seasoning (whichever you like)
  • 3 tbsps fresh parsley (chopped, or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1 cup sour cream
