  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup gari (pickled ginger julienne)
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup scallions (chopped green)
  • syrup
  • oil (Wasabi)
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 lb crab (fresh picked)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chiffonade (basil)
  • 1 shallots (minced)
  • salt

  • 4 sheets yaki-nori
  • rolls (TEMPURA SHRIMP HAND)
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 tbsp togarashi (or chili powder)
  • 1 qt soda water (cold club)
  • 8 shrimp (large butterfly, peeled and de-veined)
  • 1 pkg daikon sprouts
  • 4 sheets yaki-nori (cut in half)
  • 8 scallions (fans)

  • 1/2 cup wasabi powder
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups soy sauce (thin)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
