Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 2 tbsps cooking oil
  • 1 sweet onion (chopped, can also use green onions)
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 lb ground turkey (can also use ground beef, pork, chicken, lamb)
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (to taste, we like Sriracha brand)
  • 1 12 cups chicken stock
  • 2 12 tbsps soy sauce (to taste)
  • 2 12 tbsps sake (rice wine or other white wine)
  • 1 tbsp gingerroot (minced)
  • 28 ozs silken tofu (drained and cut into cubes)
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch
