Ingredients

  • 3 14 ozs rice noodles (vermicelli)
  • oil (canola)
  • 1 lb iceberg lettuce (2 heads)
  • 2 boneless chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 38 cup white wine (cooking)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (dissolved)
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 12 cups snow peas (chopped into 1 inch lengths)
  • 1 mango (fresh, cut into small cubes see link below for instructions)
  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 2 tbsps fish sauce (tall bottles at asian or chinese food stores)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1 12 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 2 tsps chili sauce (depending on how spicy you d like this dish optional)
  • 12 cup hoisin sauce (dip available in the asian section of most grocery stores for serving optional)
