  • 2 tbsps fresh oregano (chopped)
  • 8 tbsps butter (divided)
  • 3 cups onions (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese (coarsely grated about 4 cups packed)
