  • 12 lb ground pork (shoulder preferably 75% lean)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (teaspoon finely)
  • 1 tbsp peeled fresh ginger (teaspoon finely minced)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)

  • 34 tsp toast (powder)
  • 3 tbsps scallion (thinly sliced)
