  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 purple onion (small, thinly sliced)
  • 14 ozs hearts of palm (drained and sliced on a bias)
  • 2 lbs lobster (steamed, meat removed and coarsely chopped)

  • 1 avocado (medium firm-ripe, peeled, seeded and cubed)
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsps sweet onion (grated)

  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
