  • 1 lb seitan (strips)
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 garlic cloves (minced or 1 teaspoon minced garlic to taste)
  • 1 tsp gingerroot (peeled and minced)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 eggs (14 cup, white beaten lightly)
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 4 chiles (dried hot red, seeded and veins taken out if you want extra heat removed)
  • rice (cooked, serving)
