  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsps cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 1 kiwi (ripe)
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsps scallions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 cups noodles (boiled, can use any that you like, soba, rice noodles, mung bean noodles, etc)
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce (julienned)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1/2 cup eggs (julienned, beat 2 eggs, pour into an hot oiled none stick pan. Remove from the pan when the egg is set and julienne the cooked egg)
  • 1/2 cup ham (julienned)
