Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin (thinly sliced beef, sliced about 2 3mm thick against the grain it is easier to slice when partially frozen use a sharp)
  • 5 cloves (garlic 5 minced, garlic press)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (12 1 inch piece if you like lots, 1in)
  • 1 yellow onion (peeled)
  • 23 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps oil (toasted sesame seed)
  • 3 tbsps white sugar (mine on the sweeter side i went with)
  • pepper (cracked, taste)
  • 1 onion (one is for cooking)
  • 12 cup shredded carrots
  • red pepper flakes (crushed, taste)
