  • 7 ozs sun-dried tomatoes (with italian herbs in oil reserve the oil for sauce)
  • 12 ozs grape tomatoes (cherry, halved)
  • 6 ozs spinach (fresh, diced)
  • 2 chipotle chile (garnishing sauce use some of the sauce, adobo to taste use some of the sauce)

  • ground pepper (fresh, taste)
