  • 2 cups ramen noodles (uncooked chicken-flavored, 2 pkgs)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 green onions (diced)
  • 3 shredded carrots (I used prepacked shreds)
  • 1/2 head red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 head green cabbage (shredded)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced, I use deli chicken, boned and diced)
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • seasoning (packages from noodles)
  • pepper
