  • 1/2 cup jalapeno chilies (fresh, seeded and minced)
  • 1/4 cup green chilies (fresh long, roasted, peeled, seeded and finally chopped, about 3 medium)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 lbs potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups milk (May use 1-1/2 cups milk and 1-1/2 cups half and half)
