  • 12 cup brown sugar (light, firm pack or 12 cup dark, firm pack)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 14 cups soymilk (substitute)
  • 13 cup vegetable oil (light)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 12 cup strawberry jam (good but any will do and fruit sweetened if you can find)
