- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely, + more for sprinkling on top)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground beef chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground lamb
- 26 oz. vodka sauce (jar of Creamy, {San Marzano is my preferred})
