This definitely has a kick to it, so if you don't like it spicy, I would refrain from making this. The flavors really do come together to create something special. It tastes amazing. The mint and the cilantro compliment each other very well. Just a couple tips to make everything go smoothly: Make sure to finely chop all of the ingredients and add bread crumbs if your lamb is too soft. That will prevent it from falling apart. It will turn out perfect!
