I've made this several times and it's a great fast and yummy dinner dish. I like to add a teaspoon or two of olive oil or coconut oil. I also add Dale's seasoning sauce. Using meat with a little cheddar cheese shreds mixed in adds some flavor. I also sometimes use sweet potatoes instead of white and squash or zucchini chips. Some deli's also have what they call black and blue burgers which has blue cheese crumbles already in the hamburger. Even though I am not a fan of blue cheese, somehow they really add a good flavor to the meat without overwhelming it. At least that's been my experience with the ones at Food City.When I buy the veggies already cut I can have it in the oven really quickly. I like to fry or grill my hamburger patties for a few minutes on each side before putting them in the bag so that my burgers have a little browning to them.
