  • 1 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed or grated)
  • 1 tbsp chives (snipped fresh)
  • 2 tbsps fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (finely)
  • 1 lemon (grated zest and a good squeeze)
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • raw sugar (snap peas topped and tailed)
  • favas (raw, peeled)
  • radish (french breakfast or otherwise scrubbed)
  • baby carrots (scrubbed)
  • cherry tomato (hue)
  • black olive
  • 1 loaf ciabatta (artisanal bread, thinly sliced and if desired toasted)
