  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsps olive oil (so much better for you and doesn't affect the flavor)
  • 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
