  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (generous)
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard (taste approx 22g preferably wholegrain)
  • 50 mls nonfat milk (3 13 tablespoons)
  • 1 tsp sultanas (generous or 1 teaspoon raisins generous)
  • 34 tsp lime juice (taste)
  • 1 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp apple (peeled coarsely chopped i used a peeled section of a sweet, handy jonagold)
  • 14 tsp ground ginger (taste)
  • 12 tsp ground coriander (taste cilantro in usa)
  • 1 dash aniseed (ground, taste)
  • 1 dash paprika (taste)
  • 1 dash black pepper (freshly ground to taste)
  • 12 tsp chopped garlic (granules or 12 teaspoon fresh, taste)
  • 23 tsp rice vinegar (taste)
  • 1 12 tsps white wine vinegar (taste)
  • 1 pinch chili powder (hot, dash tabasco sauce to taste)
  • 1 pinch ground cloves (taste sparingly)
  • 1 13 tsps lemon juice (taste)
  • 1 leaf herbs (chopped, garnish)
  • 12 pt boiling water (taste approx)
