  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (fresh, does not have to be exactly 2 cups)
  • 6 cups green beans (fresh, ends removed and cut in half, can use more or less if desired)
  • 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 21 12 ozs low sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 12 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • salt (optional)
  • 5 34 ozs onion (French fried, rings, such as Durkee)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated old, can use, to taste)
